1. Definitions

For the purposes of this agreement, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Withdrawal" means funds transferred from the Player's Account balance to their designated bank account or e-wallet following successful verification and compliance with applicable wagering requirements.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, free spins, or other incentive offered by rjs138, subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process requiring submission of government-issued identification (Indonesian National ID / KTP), proof of address, and selfie verification to comply with anti-money laundering regulations.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Residency Requirements

To register an account and use rjs138 services, you must meet the following eligibility criteria without exception:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. rjs138 enforces strict age verification through KYC processes, and any Player found to be underage will have their account immediately closed, funds forfeited, and winnings voided.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia or physically located within Indonesian territory when accessing the Platform. Use of VPNs, proxies, or other location-masking technologies to circumvent geo-restrictions is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Indonesian law and must not be subject to any legal incapacity that would prevent you from forming valid agreements.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of rjs138 services complies with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

2.2 Account Creation and Security

When registering an account on rjs138, you agree to the following:

• You may create only one (1) account per person, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Multiple accounts (also known as "duplicate accounts") are strictly forbidden. If we detect multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, all accounts will be closed, balances forfeited, and any bonuses or winnings voided.
• All registration information you provide must be accurate, current, and complete. You must use your real legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification. Use of false names, aliases, or misleading information constitutes fraud and is grounds for immediate account closure.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Any activity conducted through your Account is presumed to be authorized by you. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must notify rjs138 customer support immediately at [email protected].
• You must not allow any third party to use your Account or share your login credentials with others. Accounts are non-transferable and may not be sold, gifted, or assigned to another person.

2.3 Account Verification (KYC)

rjs138 is committed to preventing underage gambling, identity theft, and money laundering. As part of our regulatory compliance obligations, we require all Players to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing their first withdrawal. KYC documentation includes:

• A clear photograph or scan of your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP Nasional) showing your full name, date of birth, ID number, photograph, and expiration date. The ID must be valid (not expired).
• A selfie photograph of yourself holding your National ID next to your face, ensuring both your face and the ID details are clearly visible and legible.

Failure to provide requested documents within 14 days may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds. 3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Methods and Processing

rjs138 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian banking and e-wallet providers: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Deposits are processed as follows:

• The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10,000 (ten thousand Indonesian Rupiah). There is no maximum deposit limit, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits.
• Deposits are credited to your Account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment gateway. Typical processing time is under 60 seconds for bank transfers and immediate for e-wallet deposits.
• You must deposit funds only from a payment method registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits (funds sent from another person's bank account or e-wallet) are strictly prohibited and will be refunded minus processing fees.
• rjs138 does not charge deposit fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer fees, which are your sole responsibility.

3.2 Withdrawal Procedures and Processing Times

Players may request withdrawals of their Account balance subject to the following terms:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000 (fifty thousand Indonesian Rupiah). Standard members may withdraw up to Rp 50,000,000 per transaction; VIP members have no daily withdrawal limits.
• All withdrawals require completion of KYC verification. Your first withdrawal will be processed only after your identity documents have been reviewed and approved, typically within 1-12 hours.
• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name matching your KYC documents. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are prohibited for anti-money laundering reasons.

3.3 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

To comply with international anti-money laundering (AML) regulations, rjs138 monitors all deposit and withdrawal activity for suspicious patterns. You agree that:

• All deposited funds must be wagered at least one (1) time before withdrawal. Deposits that are withdrawn without any gaming activity may be subject to investigation and processing fees.
• We reserve the right to request proof of income, source of funds documentation, or additional verification if transaction patterns suggest money laundering, structuring, or fraudulent activity.
• Accounts suspected of money laundering will be frozen pending investigation. If illegal activity is confirmed, we will report findings to appropriate authorities and forfeit all funds in the Account.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of deposits you made in the three (3) months preceding the claim, or Rp 10,000,000, whichever is lower.

8.3 As-Is Disclaimer

The Platform and all Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. rjs138 does not warrant that the Platform will meet your requirements, that operation will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that defects will be corrected. You assume all risks associated with your use of the Platform.

9. Termination and Account Closure

9.1 Termination by Player

You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support and requesting permanent closure. Upon closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance subject to applicable wagering requirements and KYC verification. Once closed, your Account cannot be reopened.

9.2 Termination by rjs138

rjs138 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account immediately without prior notice if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, violated applicable laws, or otherwise acted in a manner detrimental to the Platform or other users. Upon termination for cause, we may forfeit any remaining Account balance and void all pending bets and bonuses. Reasons for termination include but are not limited to: underage gambling, multiple accounts, bonus abuse, use of VPNs, identity fraud, money laundering, or abusive behavior.

10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

By using rjs138, you irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

11. Amendments to Terms

rjs138 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after amendments are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
